Panel PC MV-VT3700-128G40-2T

The MV-VT3700-128G40-2T panel PC from HIKROBOT combines the top processor level of the VT3000 series with an additional hard disk. An Intel® Core™ i7-8700T works with 8 GB of memory; next to the 128 GB SSD, a 2 TB HDD provides room for inspection images and logs at the machine. Operation is via the built-in 15.6-inch touch screen.

Technical data

The display area measures 344.16 mm × 193.59 mm at 1920 × 1080 pixels and a contrast ratio of 1200:1; the LED backlight is rated for 50,000 hours. The touch screen is capacitive and detects ten touch points under Windows. For cameras and peripherals there are four GigE interfaces, four USB 3.0 ports and one HDMI output. The connection to the controller runs over three digital-isolated inputs, eight opto-isolated outputs and four RS-232 interfaces, switchable to RS-485 and RS-422. Windows 10 is specified, but unactivated.

Operating conditions

For the MV-VT3700-128G40-2T, 0 °C to 50 °C in operation and -30 °C to 70 °C in storage are permitted; relative humidity may be 20% to 80%, without condensation.

Applications and selection

The 24 VDC supply and the typical power consumption of 120 W have to be factored into the power distribution at the machine. Without the hard disk the model is called MV-VT3700-128G40-NN. With the same storage and a smaller processor there are the MV-VT3500-128G40-2T with Core i5, the MV-VT3300-128G40-2T with Core i3 and the MV-VT3100-128G40-2T with Celeron.
