Description
The MV-VT3100-128G40-2T panel PC from HIKROBOT is the entry level of the VT3000 series with an additional hard disk. Besides the 128 GB SSD there is a 2 TB HDD, so inspection images and logs can be stored at the machine. Processing runs on an Intel® Celeron® G4900T with 8 GB of memory, and operation is via the 15.6-inch touch screen.
Technical data
The display shows 1920 × 1080 pixels at 500 cd/m² with a contrast ratio of 1200:1, and the touch screen is capacitive and multi-point. Cameras and network use four GigE interfaces and four USB 3.0 ports; an external monitor uses the HDMI output. Three digital-isolated inputs, eight opto-isolated outputs and four RS-232 interfaces, switchable to RS-485 and RS-422, lead to the controller. The operating system is Windows 10 in an unactivated state.
Operating conditions
The PC is powered with 24 VDC at a typical 120 W. Operation is permitted at 0 °C to 50 °C, storage at -30 °C to 70 °C; relative humidity may range from 20% to 80%, without condensation. At 390 mm × 240 mm × 65.8 mm the unit weighs approx. 4.8 kg.
Applications and selection
The Celeron is the lowest processor level of the series. For more demanding image analysis, the same configuration with hard disk is available as MV-VT3300-128G40-2T with Core i3, MV-VT3500-128G40-2T with Core i5 and MV-VT3700-128G40-2T with Core i7; without the hard disk this model is called MV-VT3100-128G40-NN.
