Panel PC MV-VT3100-128G40-NN

The MV-VT3100-128G40-NN panel PC from HIKROBOT combines an image processing computer and an operator display in one housing. As the entry level of the VT3000 series it runs on an Intel® Celeron® G4900T with 8 GB of memory and a 128 GB SSD. Cameras connect to the network or USB ports, results go to the controller via switching outputs or serial interfaces.

Technical data

The 15.6-inch display has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, and the capacitive touch screen detects ten touch points at once under Windows. Connections are four GigE interfaces, four USB 3.0 ports and one HDMI output. Four RS-232 interfaces can be switched to RS-485 and RS-422, plus three digital-isolated inputs and eight opto-isolated outputs. The operating system is an unactivated Windows 10. The housing measures 390 mm × 240 mm × 65.8 mm and weighs approx. 4.8 kg.

Operating conditions

The MV-VT3100-128G40-NN is powered with 24 VDC at a typical 120 W. The permissible range is 0 °C to 50 °C in operation and -30 °C to 70 °C in storage. Relative humidity may be 20% to 80%, without condensation.

Applications and selection

Storage is limited to the 128 GB SSD; to keep images at the machine over a longer period, choose the MV-VT3100-128G40-2T variant with an additional hard disk. More computing power in the same housing comes with the MV-VT3300 with Core i3, the MV-VT3500 with Core i5 and the MV-VT3700 with Core i7.
