Description
The MV-VT3300-128G40-2T panel PC from HIKROBOT combines an Intel® Core™ i3-8100T and 8 GB of memory with two drives: a 128 GB SSD and a 2 TB HDD for inspection images and logs at the machine. Operation is via a 15.6-inch touch screen.
Technical data
The capacitive touch screen is rated for 35 million touches, its surface hardness is at least 6 H and its transmittance at least 87%. It has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and detects ten touch points under Windows. Cameras and network connect to four GigE interfaces, peripherals to four USB 3.0 ports, an external display to HDMI. Three digital-isolated inputs, eight opto-isolated outputs and four RS-232 interfaces, switchable to RS-485 and RS-422, link the PC to the controller. The specified operating system is Windows 10, unactivated.
Operating conditions
The PC is powered with 24 VDC and draws a typical 120 W. It may be operated at 0 °C to 50 °C and stored at -30 °C to 70 °C; relative humidity is specified as 20% to 80% without condensation.
Applications and selection
The permissible operating temperature ends at 50 °C; keep this in mind when planning for warm control cabinets. Without the hard disk this model is available as MV-VT3300-128G40-NN. Less computing power comes with the MV-VT3100-128G40-2T with Celeron, more with the MV-VT3500-128G40-2T with Core i5 and the MV-VT3700-128G40-2T with Core i7.
