Description
The HIKROBOT MV-ACC-mFM-mFM-ST-3m data cable is a 3 m coaxial cable with Mini-FAKRA connectors at both ends, specified for CT series XoCLink area scan cameras. The length suits setups in which the camera sits on a mount above the inspection station and the device at the other end is located nearby.
Technical data
Each end carries a Z-coded Mini-FAKRA connector. The cable diameter is 2.8 mm ± 0.2 mm, and the minimum bending radius is 33.6 mm. The jacket is black and made of PVC. The cable is rated for a maximum of 60 VDC and, according to HIKROBOT, is RoHS compliant; each cable is individually packaged.
Operating conditions
The cable may be operated at -20 °C to 80 °C. HIKROBOT names static applications as the scope, so the cable belongs in a fixed installation.
Applications and selection
Where the cable moves during operation, for example in a drag chain or on a robot axis, this standard version is not the intended choice. The MV-ACC-mFM-mFM-ST series comes in 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 m. The 1 and 5 m versions have the same diameter as this cable; from 7 m the cables are thicker and need a larger bending radius. The length should cover the route through the cable duct including all bends; at edges and feedthroughs the bending radius must not fall below 33.6 mm.
