Matrix 320 Series from Datalogic: compact plug-and-play solution with highest reading performance
The new Matrix 320 5MP is a high-performance stationary barcode reader designed specifically for traceability in distribution, retail logistics, 3PL and the store floor. Thanks to the multicore platform and HDR capability, the device offers top performance in demanding applications. With powerful C-mount lenses, intelligent lighting and a 5MP sensor, the device can capture multiple labels or codes in a single read. The Matrix 320 5MP also features a high intrinsic depth of field (DOF) that ensures optimal reading speed regardless of focus selection. The device also offers Very High Power illumination (VHP) with 36 LEDs and a new Ultra High Power illumination (UHP) with 72 LEDs, making it ideal for applications with high speed, distance and DOF requirements.
The Matrix 320 2MP is another product in the Matrix 320 series designed specifically for traceability applications in the packaging industry. Featuring a high-resolution 16:9 2MP CMOS sensor (1920 × 1080 pixels) that offers the performance of a 3-megapixel sensor, this compact imager is the perfect companion for a wide range of applications thanks to its unrivaled reading speed. This code reader can be flexibly integrated even in tight spaces, and thanks to additional illumination solutions, it can accurately capture barcodes on diverse surfaces, from different perspectives, and at varying distances. It offers both manual focus adjustment and electronically controlled focus control for the highest reading quality.
Both models feature a distance sensor with time-of-flight technology and a direction sensor to maximize user experience and production throughput.
