Description
CBA10065 is a fixed magnification lens from OPT's CBA series: focal length 100 mm, magnification 0.15×, 0.30× or 0.50× (with extension tubes and focusing tube), working distance 773, 441 or 309 mm, image circle Ø18.2 mm, aperture F6.5 - F75, C-mount.
The three magnifications are set with extension tubes and a focusing tube; each step has its own field of view (Ø121.3 mm, Ø60.7 mm, Ø36.4 mm), flange focal distance (52.4 mm, 67.5 mm, 87.3 mm) and object-to-image distance (891.2 mm, 573.9 mm, 461.8 mm). Distortion stays below 0.25 %, 0.12 %, 0.04 %. Once set up, the image scale is fixed, which keeps measurement results comparable from batch to batch. Housing Ø36.5 × 65.4 mm, 0.14 kg, filter thread M32.5 × 0.5-6H, operating temperature -20 °C to +60 °C.
According to the manufacturer, the series resolves 145 lp/mm across the full field and suits cameras with pixels from 3.45 µm and sensors up to Ø18.2 mm; relative illumination is above 90 %, so brightness stays even out to the edge of the image. The long working distance leaves room for lighting and part handling. Typical tasks: inspection of PCBs, motor welds and heat sinks, and spacing checks on hardware.
