Description
With focal length 50 mm, aperture F8.0, image circle Ø11 mm (2/3"), OPT-COB5080-LQL belongs to the series “Cobra Liquid Lens” by OPT Machine Vision. In addition: working distance 150 mm - ∞.
The Cobra lenses with liquid lens focus electrically: the integrated liquid lens focuses in under 4 ms, repeatable to ±0.1 dpt, and the plug connector can be rotated by 360°. Up to 145 lp/mm for 3.45 µm pixels and sensors up to 2/3". They solve tasks with varying object heights without a mechanical autofocus: labels on boxes of different heights, bearings and shafts, holes on several levels.
When choosing a lens, what counts is the interplay of sensor size, pixel size, field of view and working distance - the focal length alone says little. If you tell us your camera and inspection task, we check the combination and, if needed, suggest suitable lighting to go with it. The dimensional drawing and the STEP model are included.
