Description

OPT-CDF01 is a 360° lens from the series “360° Special Lenses” by OPT: aperture F6 - F16, image circle Ø4.8 mm, working distance 7 - 40 mm. In addition: C-Mount.

The CDF lenses use catadioptric optics to image the lateral surface of an object in a single image - 360° all-round view with one camera instead of four. The CDF01 looks at the lateral surface from the side, the CDF02 additionally at the top and inner wall at 45°. Made for bottle necks, closure caps, screws, threads and pharmaceutical containers.

When choosing a lens, what counts is the interplay of sensor size, pixel size, field of view and working distance - the focal length alone says little. If you tell us your camera and inspection task, we check the combination and, if needed, suggest suitable lighting to go with it. The dimensional drawing is included.
