Front light MV-LBES-H-150-150-R2

The MV-LBES-H-150-150-R2 area light from HIKROBOT is a flat front light in red with a 150 mm × 150 mm emitting area and a camera opening of 45 mm diameter in the center. The camera looks through the opening; the diffuse light comes from the direction of the camera axis and illuminates matte and slightly glossy surfaces evenly with few shadows.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 150 mm × 150 mm. At a distance of 200 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 4,000 lux at the center. The red light has a wavelength of 625 nm. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 19.5 W, the supply 24 V DC, the connection is an SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 182 mm × 163 mm × 18 mm and weighs 0.5 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Flat front lights suit labels and print, placement checks, completeness and position inspection as well as colored parts with color cameras.
