Front light MV-LBES-H-120-120-B2

The MV-LBES-H-120-120-B2 area light from HIKROBOT is a flat front light in blue with a 120 mm × 120 mm emitting area and a camera opening of 40 mm diameter in the center. The camera looks through the opening; the diffuse light comes from the direction of the camera axis and illuminates matte and slightly glossy surfaces evenly with few shadows.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 120 mm × 120 mm. At a distance of 200 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 1,800 lux at the center. The blue light has a wavelength of 470 nm. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 15.3 W, the supply 24 V DC, the connection is an SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 152 mm × 133 mm × 18 mm and weighs 0.4 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Flat front lights suit labels and print, placement checks, completeness and position inspection as well as colored parts with color cameras.
