Front light MV-LBES-H-200-200-W

The MV-LBES-H-200-200-W area light from HIKROBOT is a flat front light in white with a 200 mm × 200 mm emitting area and a camera opening of 45 mm diameter in the center. The camera looks through the opening; the diffuse light comes from the direction of the camera axis and illuminates matte and slightly glossy surfaces evenly with few shadows.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 200 mm × 200 mm. At a distance of 200 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 27,000 lux at the center. The white light has a color temperature of 6000 K to 7000 K. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 48 W, the connection is an SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 232 mm × 213 mm × 18 mm and weighs 0.8 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Flat front lights suit labels and print, placement checks, completeness and position inspection as well as colored parts with color cameras. The emitting area should be larger than the camera's field of view. The MV-LBES-H series comes with emitting areas from 50 mm × 50 mm to 620 mm × 620 mm in white, red, blue and infrared.
