Description
FLDR-i192A-W-UPDATE-FOLLOWS belongs to the FLDR-192A series by Falcon Illumination. The light emits white light. The manufacturer states a working distance of 30 - 200 mm. The emitting surface measures Ø 180 mm. The outer dimensions are Ø 192 × 25 mm.
A direct ring light sits around the lens and throws the light steeply down onto the part. The ring of light is therefore on the optical axis: matte surfaces become evenly bright, edges and bores stand out clearly, and little shadow is cast because the light arrives from all directions at once.
The light runs on 24 V and draws 33.60 W, 196 LEDs of package type P4 are fitted, the connection is JST SMR-03V with 300 mm cable and the housing is aluminum.
On specular parts a direct ring light shows the ring itself as a bright reflection in the image. For shiny surfaces a dome or coaxial light is usually the better choice.
