Backlight MV-LBSS-H-400-300-R

The MV-LBSS-H-400-300-R backlight from HIKROBOT is a transmitted-light backlight in red with a 400 mm × 300 mm emitting area. The part sits between light and camera and appears as a silhouette, so contours, holes and dimensions can be checked regardless of surface and color.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 400 mm × 300 mm. At a distance of 100 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 10,000 lux at the center. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 96 W, the connection is a 12M-2A connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 438 mm × 315 mm × 21 mm and weighs 3 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Backlights are the choice for dimensional checks and contour comparison, hole and breakthrough inspection, the presence of transparent parts and fill levels.
