Front light MV-LBES-H-600-400-B2

The MV-LBES-H-600-400-B2 area light from HIKROBOT is a flat front light in blue with a 600 mm × 400 mm emitting area and a camera opening of 50 mm diameter in the center. The camera looks through the opening; the diffuse light comes from the direction of the camera axis and illuminates matte and slightly glossy surfaces evenly with few shadows.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 600 mm × 400 mm. At a distance of 600 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 2,000 lux at the center. The blue light has a wavelength of 470 nm. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 152.3 W, the supply 24 V DC, the connection is a Dual-channel 19M-2A connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 676 mm × 430 mm × 25 mm and weighs 7.2 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Flat front lights suit labels and print, placement checks, completeness and position inspection as well as colored parts with color cameras.
