Smart camera MV-SC6016C-00C-NNN/V2

The HikRobot smart camera MV-SC6016C-00C-NNNV2 is a compact 1.6 megapixel color camera from the SC6000 series with a C-mount lens connection and a frame rate of up to 120 fps. The C-mount connection allows standard industrial lenses to be used for a wide range of fields of view and focal lengths, ideal for flexible inspection solutions in electronics manufacturing and assembly monitoring.

The camera combines a CMOS sensor with a global shutter (1/2.9") and the integrated Vision Master platform with more than 140 AI algorithms. Tasks such as OCR, defect detection, dimensional checking and positioning can be handled directly on the camera without an external computer. A multi-color light source is not integrated; external lighting is used for the best results.

The Gigabit Ethernet interface (1000 Mbit/s) allows stable data transfer over up to 100 m. Additional interfaces such as VGA and USB host allow monitors and peripherals to be connected. The 17-pin M12 connector combines power supply, opto-isolated inputs and outputs, RS-232 and the light source output in a single connector.

The robust housing with IP67 protection (with the waterproof lens cap correctly installed) is designed for continuous industrial operation. The compact dimensions of 116.3 mm × 68.6 mm × 101.8 mm (4.6" × 2.7" × 4.0") and a weight of approx. 530 g (1.2 lb) allow it to be integrated even into cramped machine designs. Operating temperature range: 0 °C to 50 °C, storage temperature: -30 °C to 70 °C.
