Description

Datalogic lists 938100093 under the designation “MATRIX 320 ATS-110 ASSY FOR STS320-11X X”.

The STS320 is tailored to the tire industry and supports traceability throughout the entire tire production. Its 2 megapixel sensor with 1920 × 1080 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio and a dual-core processor achieve a field of view of up to 1250 mm with a large depth of field at the same time, even on fine codes with 0.25 mm module size. It works at belt speeds of up to 1.5 m/s and with a small gap between the tires.

Connection is via Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, serial RS-232/RS-422 full duplex up to 115.2 kBit/s and serial Aux RS-232 to 115.2 kBit/s, power supply 24 V DC ± 10 %, the housing reaches ingress protection IP65/IP67 (EN 60529).
