The image sensor resolves 640 × 480 pixels.
The QuickScan 2500 series is the corded 2D entry level for general-purpose applications. It also reads difficult, poorly printed or damaged codes, captures the displays of mobile devices and works through plexiglass panes. Two sharply drawn blue triangles serve as an aiming aid showing where the scanner is pointed; the Green Spot and an adjustable beep confirm the read. The soft red illumination is easy on the operator's eyes.
Connection is via CORDED MODELS: QD2590: USB type C / USB / RS-232 Multi-Interface QW2520, QD2520: USB type C / USB only, the housing reaches ingress protection IP52, it measures 14.8 × 6.8 × 12.6 cm and weighs 206.5 g.
As a corded device, the series needs a fixed workstation. For walking through the warehouse, a cordless model is the better choice. The data sheet and manuals are in the download area.
