Datalogic lists QD2220-BK under the designation “QuickScan I QD2220, Linear Imager, USB-only, Black”.

The QuickScan 2200 series is a corded 1D reader for entry-level use. It is designed for long barcodes such as those found on invoices, forms and packaging, which area imagers often cannot capture in one pass because of their narrow field of view. The QD2200 reads 1D codes from close up as well as from a distance, works through plexiglass and also captures coupons from a smartphone display.

Connection is via USB; Cable to USB-C connector is available, it measures 15.6 × 6.7 × 10.7 cm and weighs 123.0 g.
