The PowerScan 9500 series is Datalogic's long-standing top class among rugged handheld scanners, as corded and as cordless versions. The 1D and 2D imagers are built for manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail and healthcare. They read omnidirectionally and over long distances, so codes are captured from almost any angle. The DPM models carry their own optics and software for direct part marked codes.
Connection is via RS-232 / USB / keyboard wedge Multi-Interface, power supply 5 V DC, the housing reaches ingress protection IP65, it measures 21.2 × 11.0 × 7.4 cm and weighs 330 g.
For dot-peened, lasered or embossed codes on metal, the DPM version is required; the standard optics are designed for printed labels. The data sheet and manuals are in the download area.
