Backlight MV-LBSS-H-30-30-W

The MV-LBSS-H-30-30-W backlight from HIKROBOT is a transmitted-light backlight in white with a 30 mm × 30 mm emitting area. The part sits between light and camera and appears as a silhouette, so contours, holes and dimensions can be checked regardless of surface and color.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 30 mm × 30 mm. At a distance of 100 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 2,700 lux at the center. The white light has a color temperature of 6000 K to 7000 K. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 2.4 W, the connection is an SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 62 mm × 43 mm × 18 mm and weighs 0.09 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Backlights are the choice for dimensional checks and contour comparison, hole and breakthrough inspection, the presence of transparent parts and fill levels.
