Front light MV-LBES-H-300-200-IR940

The MV-LBES-H-300-200-IR940 area light from HIKROBOT is a flat front light in infrared with a 300 mm × 200 mm emitting area and a camera opening of 50 mm diameter in the center. The camera looks through the opening; the diffuse light comes from the direction of the camera axis and illuminates matte and slightly glossy surfaces evenly with few shadows.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 300 mm × 200 mm. At a distance of 200 mm the light reaches an irradiance of at least 7,000 µW/cm² at the center. The infrared light emits at 940 nm in the near infrared. A diffuser plate is included. Power consumption is 43.2 W, the connection is an SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 332 mm × 213 mm × 19 mm and weighs 1.2 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Flat front lights suit labels and print, placement checks, completeness and position inspection as well as colored parts with color cameras.
