Description
FLFL-Si520x270-B belongs to the series FLFL-520x270 by Falcon Illumination. The light emits blue light (626 nm). The manufacturer specifies the working distance as 10 - 100 mm. The outer dimensions are 540 × 300 × 10 mm.
A diffuse backlight sits behind the part and shines toward the camera. The part appears as a black silhouette against a uniformly bright area. Contour, diameter, distances and completeness can thus be measured with high repeatability, because the transition between part and background is independent of the part's color and surface.
The light runs on 24 V and draws 19.20 W, 280 LEDs of package type SMD are fitted, the connection is JST SMR-03V with 600 mm cable and the housing is aluminum.
