Description
FLDL-TP-Si85x77-UV24 belongs to the series FLDL-TP-85x77 by Falcon Illumination. The light emits UV light (626 nm). The manufacturer specifies the working distance as 10 - 100 mm. The outer dimensions are 95 × 95 × 15 mm.
The high-brightness backlight works on the same principle as the diffuse version but puts considerably more light onto the area. This allows short exposure times on fast-moving parts and operation with a small aperture when a large depth of field is needed.
The light runs on 24 V and draws 11.52 W, 168 LEDs of package type SMD are fitted, the connection is JST SMR-03V with 300 mm cable, the housing is aluminum and the ingress predection is IP 40.
Higher power means more waste heat. Make sure of sufficient heat dissipation via the mounting surface and, in continuous operation, observe the operating temperature in the data sheet.
