Description
FLDR-i49-LA1-SR24 belongs to the series FLDR-49-LA1 by Falcon Illumination. The light emits red light (626 nm). The manufacturer specifies the working distance as 0 - 20 mm. The emitting surface measures 22 mm. The outer dimensions are Ø 49 × 7 mm.
With the horizontal dark-field light the light lies almost parallel to the surface. It produces the strongest dark-field effect: the surface stays completely black, while every elevation, edge or contamination lights up as a bright outline. Typical tasks are scratch inspection on glass and metal, reading dot-peened codes and checking sealing surfaces.
The light runs on 24 V and draws 1.44 W, 20 LEDs of package type T1 3 mm are fitted, the connection is JST SMR-03V with 540 mm cable and the housing is aluminum.
