Bar light MV-LLDS-H-1200-40-IR850

The MV-LLDS-H-1200-40-IR850 bar light from HIKROBOT is a bar light in infrared with a 1086 mm × 31.6 mm emitting area. 6 rows of LEDs behind a diffuser plate give even light along the full length; used singly, in pairs or in sets of four, bar lights illuminate long parts, webs and edges at any chosen angle.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 1086 mm × 31.6 mm. The recommended working distance ranges from 30 mm to 500 mm; at a distance of 100 mm the light reaches an irradiance of at least 4,300 µW/cm² at the center. The infrared light emits at 850 nm in the near infrared. A PMMA diffuser plate is built in. Power consumption is 101.3 W, the connection is a Dual-channel SMR-03V-B connector on a 1 m cable. The housing measures 1098 mm × 40 mm × 30 mm and weighs 2.11 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation. HIKROBOT states the photobiological safety class as "no danger".

Applications and selection

Bar lights are the choice when a long, narrow field has to be lit evenly or the light has to come from a defined direction: as grazing light for scratches and edges, as side lighting for embossing, in pairs for wide surfaces. The MV-LLDS-H series comes in nominal lengths from 50 mm to 1400 mm and in widths of 30 and 40 mm, in white, red, blue and infrared.
