High-power bar light MV-LTDS-H-1200-W

The MV-LTDS-H-1200-W high-power bar light from HIKROBOT is a bar light in white with a 1200 mm × 17 mm emitting area for long working distances and short exposure times: at a distance of 100 mm it reaches at least 600,000 lux. It suits fast-moving webs, line scan cameras and short shutter times where an ordinary bar light does not deliver enough light.

Technical data

The emitting area measures 1200 mm × 17 mm. The recommended working distance ranges from 10 mm to 200 mm; at a distance of 100 mm the light reaches an illuminance of at least 600,000 lux at the center. The white light has a color temperature of 6000 K to 7000 K. The LEDs are arranged in a single row. Power consumption is 504 W, the connector is Dual-channel 19M-8H, the cable is chosen separately in the required length. The housing measures 1270 mm × 58 mm × 90.5 mm and weighs 6.73 kg.

Operating conditions

The permissible range is 0 °C to 40 °C in operation and -20 °C to 60 °C in storage, each at 20 % to 90 % relative humidity without condensation.

Applications and selection

Bar lights are the choice when a long, narrow field has to be lit evenly or the light has to come from a defined direction: as grazing light for scratches and edges, as side lighting for embossing, in pairs for wide surfaces.
