Beschreibung

Die Hikrobot SC5000X Smart Kamera MV-SC5050XC-08M-WBN liefert 5 MP (2432 × 2048 px, 60 fps) über ein 8-mm-Weitwinkel-M12-Objektiv - für großflächige Aufnahmen auf engem Raum. Diese Kombination eignet sich für Tablett-Inspektionen, flächige Sichtsysteme in Roboterzellen und Anwendungen, bei denen ein breites Sichtfeld und hohe Detailauflösung gleichzeitig gefragt sind. Die Vision Master KI arbeitet vollautomatisch direkt in der Kamera.

Die Vision Master Platform mit integriertem Deep-Learning-Modul unterstützt über 160 Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmen - von klassischen Methoden bis zu modernen KI-Verfahren. Das ermöglicht Anwendungen wie OCR-Texterkennung, Objektidentifikation und Fehlerkennung ohne externe Verarbeitungseinheit.

Dank der drehbaren Kabelaustrittsbaugruppe und des robusten Gehäuses mit Schutzart IP67 ist die Kamera für den rauen Industrieeinsatz ausgelegt. Die modularen Beleuchtungskomponenten - inklusive Mehrfarb-Lichtquellen und erweiterter Hochleistungsbeleuchtung - lassen sich flexibel kombinieren, ergänzt durch einen HDR-Algorithmus für stabile Bildqualität auch bei schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen.

Die Kommunikation erfolgt über Gigabit-Ethernet und unterstützt Protokolle wie PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, TCP/UDP sowie RS-232 - für eine nahtlose Integration in bestehende Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme.
