HikRobot MV-PD010003-06M-12C: 6 MP Stationärer Logistik-Code-Reader für industrielle Automatisierung

Das HikRobot MV-PD010003-06M-12C ist ein hochintegrierter stationärer Logistik-Code-Reader mit eingebautem Code-Erkennungsalgorithmus für die zuverlässige Erfassung von 1D- und 2D-Codes wie QR-Code und Data Matrix. Dank seiner 6 MP Auflösung (3072 × 2048 Pixel) und der integrierten Hochleistungsbeleuchtung ist es für den anspruchsvollen Dauerbetrieb in Logistik-, Förder- und Sortieranlagen konzipiert.

Das System überzeugt durch eine kompakte Bauweise mit integrierter Beleuchtung, eine zentrale Beleuchtungsstärke von 5800 lux und eine Tiefenschärfe von 500 mm. Die kompakte Integrationsbauweise vereint Bilderfassung, Datenverarbeitung und Ergebnisausgabe in einem Gerät - ohne externe Beleuchtungseinheit. Die GigE-Schnittstelle und die Software MVS, Code Platform ermöglichen eine einfache Anbindung an bestehende Intralogistik-Systeme.

Das robuste integrierte Gehäuse ermöglicht eine schnelle Montage ohne aufwendige Systemintegration. Die zentrale Hochleistungsbeleuchtung gewährleistet stabile Leseergebnisse auch bei wechselnden Umgebungsbedingungen. Der Betrieb ist im Temperaturbereich von 0-50 °C sichergestellt.
